Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

PLEASE NOTE – If your delivery address is either in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or Overseas,Including IOM, Jersey, Guernsey or if your postal/zip code begins with any of the following, please contact us prior to purchasing for an accurate shipping cost:

AB, DD, DG, FK, IV, KA, KY, PA, PH, TD, ZE, BT (NORTHERN IRELAND), GE, IOM, IOW, PO, JE.

If you are ordering from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,Jersey,Guernsey you will be notified as to your delivery charges after purchase. It is with regret we cannot calculate shipping at the time of purchase.

 

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 6 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched (If Applicable) . If you have not received tracking details within 7 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@in2shape.co.uk so that we can help.

PALLET DELIVERY:
Expected delivery is 7-10 business days. All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm. These are curbside only. We advise having two persons available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

PARCEL DELIVERY:
All parcels will require a signature.

INSTALLATIONS:

Installations are generally always a two-man service and are booked in advance with the customer. Installations are normally within 7-10 Business days of an order being paid for.

COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS ORDERS DELIVERY:
For commercial gyms/studios please call the sales team to discuss delivery and installation options.

Delivery times can increase during busy periods of the year. Please call to confirm current lead times if you require a quicker or dated delivery.

IN 2 SHAPE reserves the right to amend delivery prices at any time 

Stock Items:

If an order is cancelled prior to delivery, then any deposit paid will be non-refundable as stated in the IN 2 SHAPE deposit policy.

A cooling off period is time allowed under law to enable a consumer to cancel an agreement without incurring any penalty. In consumer credit, the cooling off period permitted by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 as part of your Right to Withdraw is 14 days.

Cancellation of an order by the customer for whatever reason shall entitle IN 2 SHAPE to recover any reasonable ancillary costs and expenses incurred over and above these terms above.

IN 2 SHAPE customers have 14 working days cooling off period to decide whether they want to keep goods that they have purchased. If they choose to return the cost of post and packaging will be borne by the customer and goods must be received in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

There may be a re-stocking charge for any returned good(s) of 10%.

For Escape Fitness Products  A fee of 20% of the returned Goods value (net of VAT) will be charged to cover administration and stock handling costs

If not in their original condition IN 2 SHAPE and/or the manufacturer reserve the right not to accept the goods at its warehouse nor issue a refund or credit. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, then the customer right to cancel may be forfeited.

 

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@in2shape.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

  

Cancellations & Refunds:

 Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Once a refund has been authorised then it will take place within 5 working days of the authorisation.

Please note all PayPal refunds will exclude the transaction fee.

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail or by writing to our head office only. If you wish to cancel or return goods, please e-mail info@in2shape.co.uk and we will issue a Return Authorisation Number. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the unique IN 2 SHAPE RAN being given.

No cancellation of order will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of goods.

Jordan Fitness returns :

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU KEEP ALL THE PACKAGING. YOU MUST RE-PACK ALL ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO JORDAN FITNESS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS DEEMED TO BE FAULTY BY JORDAN FITNESS OR ONE OF IT’S ENGINEERS.

 

Our exchange and return policy is simple. If within your 14 day home approval you wish to return or exchange an item, email: info@in2shape.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. (No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this authorisation number).

 

Once you receive this number, please make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return to arrive back at Jordan Fitness within 7 working days. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight pre-paid unused, disassemled and arrive in ‘as new’ condition in the original packaging. Please contact our Customer Service within 7 Days from the day after you receive your shipment in order to receive return authorisation. You will be charged for items received back that when inspected are found to have been used or built. Special order items, or items manufactured to your specifications are not returnable. In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent free of charge. Shipping and handling charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, a re-stocking charge of 15% of the total value of the goods will be applied.

MADE TO ORDER & BESPOKE ITEMS

The right to cancel does NOT apply to products that are made to the customer specifications. This includes custom coloured products, flooring cut to specification before installation, lifting platforms, customised dumbbells, wear strips and any other personalised/bespoke products.
